Bicycle tandem tow bar for child bikes - Trail-Gator
The tow bar is made in high resistance steel and allows to tow a child on his bike or let him ride freely. Attached and detached in a few seconds without any tool, the tow bar levers the child's front wheel and fixes the handlebar for a better balance.
When the two bicycles are linked, the adult cyclist controls the bicycles' guidance and the child can pedal or can be towed.
When the two bicycles are not linked, the bar can be folded and takes place on the adult's bike. This system fits all standard child bikes of 12" (34 cm) to 20" (48 cm), and supports children weighing until 33 Kg.

Optional: the cantilever brake adaptor, a must if your child's bike is equipped of this type of brake.Children bikes are rarely equipped of V-brake or roller brake and the cantilever brake system is well represented in the children range(see last photograph).

Complementary product: Lateral wheels, adjustable and removable, to avoid falls when the child rides alone. They also facilitate the Trail-Gator use.
