The Tandem Rack allows you to contain the kids who tend to run all over the place or just let them ride to their content before going back to hang their bicycle on yours and help them. The Tandem Rack is provided with all the advantages of a traditional tandem but without its disadvantages (more flexible, more compact...); even on the way, you can hang or undo it as you like. You will be able to enjoy the freedom of a ride on tandem with little investment.
The principle of a tandem relies on communication to coordinate effort. If there is a misunderstanding, the Tandem Rack, with an amplitude of 75° and an equipment to disconnect from the bar in case of danger, will reduce harm.
Installation is really simple : mount the universal stand on the saddle tube and tighten with two 6mm screws (given), then fix the Tandem Rack on this stand. Mount the second support designed to get the telescopic bar on the saddle tube of the second bicycle by screwing up two nuts. Pull the ferrule of the stand, take the bar out and just fix it on the stand to the handlebars.
To tidy away the bar, one just needs to follow a process in reverse order taking notice of the security book.
