Those signalisation lights without batteries make flashes that can be seen by other road users in front or behind.
Some magnets, positioned on the spokes, create an electro-magnetic field each time they pass in front of the lighting system captor. The flash can be seen till 1 kilometer far. It will reduce accident risks.
Compact, without batteries, this system is guaranteed for two years. It is totally waterproof, and does not need any maintenance and its life duration is about 15 years (LEDs life duration).
With no contact on the wheel, there are no friction and no energy loss contrary to a dynamo.
