Those signalisation lights without batteries make flashes that can be seen by other road users in front or behind.
Some magnets positioned on the spokes create an electro-magnetic field each time they pass in front of lighting system captor. The flash can be seen till 1 kilometer far. It will reduce accident risks.
While the bicycle is riding, a capacitor loads and the light keeps flashing until 4 mn.
Compact, without batteries, this system is guaranteed for two years. It is totally waterproof, doesn't need any maintenance and its life duration is about 15 years (LEDs life duration).
Without any contact on the wheel, there are no friction and no energy loss contrary to a dynamo.
