This technology is patented and awarded by many innovation prizes. Bicycle lighting pedals without batteries are the union of a new energy generation system with a 360° signalisation system into ergonomic pedals.
Powerful flashes are generated at each pedal turn. Three coloured LEDS are disposed into the pedals. Those pedals have a capacitor which allows pedals to keep on flashing even stopped during 5 mn.
With one year guarantee, this waterproof and resistant system does not need any maintenance. No need to replace batteries : the energy is generated by the cyclist.
The LEDs' colours depend on the their position : in front : white, on the side : orange, rear : red. With those kind of LEDs, other road users know the cyclist's direction.
